Based in Lesung, Rustenburg, we connect tyre sourcing, lifecycle support, collection logistics and responsible recovery into one practical service model. Our approach centres on reliable delivery, clear accountability and long-term value.

KAL is developing a partnership-led recovery model that treats end-of-life tyres as materials with remaining economic value, with environmental responsibility and traceability at its centre.
Potential pathways include suitable reuse, retreading, size reduction, rubber and steel recovery, and beneficiation or offtake through appropriate partners.
Recycling and processing are developing, partnership-led capabilities. KAL does not own a recycling plant. Collection and downstream arrangements are assessed for each project.
